Now They can Afford Those Bus Tickets Back Home 

There isn't much like watching a true auteur at work and Cheerleader Massacre is exactly that.

Jim Wynorski - better known as "Popatopolis" - takes us on an amply-bosomed ride to... kind of terror and baths in off-brand chocolate syrup. And The B-Raters are there to gawk at every boob-job and gaffe along the way.

This is one of those movies we have definitely seen a few times, though we've never riffed it together. Wynorksi is a more than competent director who chooses to work outside the Hollywood studio system and is best known for his extremely short, and often trying, movie shoots. He filmed one of his most recent straight-to-cable-and-streaming-video ventures in three days.

Cheerleader Massacre is such an outing, though it is a lot of fun and - like every Wynorski film - one that definitely delivers... assuming you're watching it for the grotesquely oversized boobs and kill scenes. And if you are watching a Jim Wynorski film for any other reason(s), you are doing it wrong.
